Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ppvio and every player who accesses or uses the ppvio platform.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ppvio ("ppvio", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ppvio website located at ppvio.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content available through it. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the ppvio platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ppvio platform and close your account if one has already been created. ppvio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Eligibility

Only eligible individuals may create and use a ppvio account.

• Age Requirement

  You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the ppvio platform in any capacity. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ppvio reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

• Geographic Eligibility

  The ppvio platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ppvio is lawful in your jurisdiction. ppvio does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

• One Account Per Person

  Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the ppvio platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ppvio reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ppvio are governed by these terms and the specific payment method conditions applicable at the time of the transaction.

ppvio supports deposits and withdrawals through major Bangladesh mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected Bangladeshi bank transfer options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and ppvio reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time. All transactions on ppvio are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposit Processing

  Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your ppvio account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. ppvio is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network or system. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction on the platform.

• Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification status. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers under standard conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. ppvio reserves the right to conduct additional security or verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

• Withdrawal to Registered Method Only

  All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, or to a payment method registered and verified under the same player account. ppvio does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with standard financial security practices.

• Refused or Withheld Payments

  ppvio reserves the right to refuse or withhold a payment where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases ppvio may request additional documentation to satisfy its verification obligations. Where a payment is refused following confirmed fraud, the balance may be forfeited in full. ppvio will notify the affected player of the reason for any refusal where legally permitted to do so.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on ppvio are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and these Terms.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on ppvio, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game you are playing and accept the inherent risk of financial loss. Game outcomes in all RNG-based games are determined entirely by certified random number generation software from our providers and cannot be influenced or predicted. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical game apparatus used by the live dealer and are not influenced by ppvio.

• Disconnection Policy

  In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ppvio's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules and the outcome will be recorded. ppvio is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connection failures on the player's side. If a disconnection results in an unresolved game state, ppvio's technical logs will be used to determine the correct outcome and the player's balance will be adjusted accordingly.

• Voided Bets

  ppvio reserves the right to void bets where there has been a manifest error in the odds, game settings, or payout structure that has resulted in odds materially different from those intended. A manifest error includes software malfunctions, data feed errors, or pricing errors resulting from third-party provider issues. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

• Sports Betting and Cricket

  Sports betting markets on ppvio, including all cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events, are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. In-play betting is offered on selected markets. ppvio reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time, including during live play, where it determines that the integrity of the market may be compromised. Settlement of all sports betting markets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppvio platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

Players are expected to engage with the ppvio platform honestly, in good faith, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. Conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, other players, or ppvio's operational systems is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. ppvio cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities in investigating suspected fraud or financial crime.

• Fraud and Money Laundering

  Using the ppvio platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, using stolen payment credentials, or using the platform to launder money, is strictly prohibited. ppvio reserves the right to report suspected fraud or financial crime to relevant authorities and to freeze affected accounts pending investigation.

• Use of Automated Software

  The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence programs, or any other software designed to interact with the ppvio platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited. This includes tools that automate game actions, scrape odds data, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.

• Collusion

  Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating crash game cash-out timing, or any other form of coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Chargebacks

  Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your ppvio account, other than in cases of genuine unauthorised transaction, is prohibited. Where a chargeback is initiated, ppvio reserves the right to immediately suspend the player's account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate channels.

Limitation of Liability

ppvio's liability to players is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds through gameplay, loss of data, service interruptions, or the actions of third-party game providers. ppvio's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ppvio account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppvio makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors, or that any specific game or service will remain available indefinitely. ppvio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Where a service interruption directly affects a live game in progress and results in a financial discrepancy, ppvio will investigate and resolve the matter based on its technical records, and the decision of ppvio's technical team shall be final.
